GANNA SORBAT & IVAN KRASOVSKIY Dialogue With Water RELEASE OUT MAY 20

This song is based on a SHOCKING true story.

This is a devastating tragedy of a friend of mine and my vocal coach Elena Troshina-Basano. Her father was a military sailor on a submarine. He tragically died with 51 other sailors during a secret government mission on one of the first nuclear submarines K-8 in the Bay of Biscay in 1970. Elena was just 1,5-years old.

The USSR Government at that time hid an event like this from their own people and from the entire world. But it’s not a secret anymore and today is the 50-year anniversary of this tragedy.

I had a chance to hear this story from the original source, and it made a huge impression on me. I was very inspired to write music to the lyrics of a talented poetess Marina Rusina, and so a song “Dialogue With Water” was born. Water in a song is figuratively a Young Man. His beloved, a Young Woman, who is asking him to return home. And the Young Man answers to her that he cannot return since now he is Water.

A wonderful singer, tenor, Ivan Krasovskiy participated in the project; he performed the part of the Young Man.

The song will be out on all digital platforms on May 20th, 2020, and will be available to every person anywhere in the world.

This story of the tragedy is very relevant now in 2020 along with current events. Heroes, Heroes, Heroes! Everyday people in the service sacrifice their lives for lofty goals, for the sake of their state and homeland, for the love of their neighbor, and all this in order to ensure peace and a bright future for the new generation!

Моя подруга и вокальный тренер Елена Трошина-Базано пережила трагедию в своей жизни. Ее отец был военным моряком на подводной лодке. Он погиб вместе с полусотней других моряков во время секретного правительственного задания на одной из первых подводных лодок К-8 в Бискайском заливе в 1970 году. Елене было полтора года.

Советское правительство скрывало подобную информацию от своих граждан и от всего мира. Но это трагическое событие уже не секрет и сегодня исполняется 50 лет со дня случившегося.

Мне довелось услышать эту историю из первоисточника, и она произвела на меня огромное впечатление. Я очень вдохновилась написанием музыки на слова талантливой поэтессы Марины Русиной, и так родилась песня «Диалог с Водой». Вода в песне – это образно Юноша. Его возлюбленная, Девушка, обращается к нему с просьбой о возвращении домой. А Юноша отвечает ей вслед, что не может вернуться, так как он теперь – Вода.

В проекте принял участие замечательный певец, тенор, Иван Красовский, который исполнил партию Юноши.

Песня выходит на всех онлайн платформах 20 мая 2020 и будет доступна каждому человеку в любой точке мира.

Эта история трагедии очень актуальна сейчас в 2020 году наряду с происходящими событиями. Герои, Герои, Герои! Каждый день люди на службе жертвуют своими жизнями ради высоких целей, ради своего государства и Родины, ради любви к ближнему, и все это, дабы обеспечить мир и светлое будущее новому поколению!
